520			_aLa presente investigación se inserta dentro de este proyecto y tiene un carácter de investigación-acción-participativa, enfocada en la facilitación y conducción de un proceso de planificación ambiental participativa para formular un Plan Rector de Producción y Conservación (PRPC), acorde con la realidad ambiental, social, cultural y económica que conlleve al ordenamiento territorial, conservación, uso y manejo sostenible de los recursos naturales para evitar su deterioro, y maximar las condiciones ambientales y socioeconómicas de la población que habita en siete de las comunidades que forman parte de esta subcuenca. El objetivo fundamental de los lineamientos está enmarcado en promover procesos de cambio en torno a las formas de utilización del territorio, desarrollo de alternativas productivas sostenibles, protección del medio ambiente, promoción del desarrollo humano y la gestión institucional. En este sentido el PRPC tiene un carácter interinstitucional ya que las acciones corretivas contempladas en el mismo para remediar la situación socioambiental prevaleciente deben ser ejecutadas mediante la colaboración concertada de acciones de todas las instituciones que tienen influencia en la subcuenca.
520			_aThe present investigation is inserted within this project and has a character of Investigation-Action-Participativa focused in the facilitation and conduction of a process of participativa environmental planning to formulate a Governing Plan of Production and Conservation (PRPC) agreed with environmental, social, cultural and economic the reality that entails to the territorial ordering, conservation, use and sustainable handling of the natural resources to avoid its deterioration and to maximar the environmental and socioeconomics conditions of the population that lives in seven of the communities that comprise of this subriver basin. The main target of the lineamientos this framed in promoting processes of change around the forms of use of the territory, development of sustainalbe productive alternatives, protection of the medio ambiente, promotion of the human development and the institutional management. In this sense the PRPC has an interinstitutional character since the remedial actions contemplated in the same one to remedy the prevalecient socioambiental situation must be executed by means of the arranged collaboration of actions of all the institutions that have influence in the subriver basin.
