They are valuable knowledge from the ‘development practice’, portrayed in three analysis of the experiences implemented in Northeast Brazil, with the support of IFAD – International Fund for Agricultural Development, and a text of summaries reporting those selected experiences. Therefore, this publication reflects the scope of Programa Semear. One of the immediate goals of the program is the sharing of useful knowledge from different actors that may contribute to the processes of social learning and strengthening of initiatives for sustainable and equitable development in Northeast Brazil.
