It's about special report for the caribbean region, which provides information on the projects and initiatives undertaken by our IICA offices cross the fourteen (14) Member states in the Caribean during the period 2011-2012. The report highlights results achieved at the policy and institutionnal levels with Ministries of Agriculture and national authorities in strengthening their capacityfor strategic planning, and in delievering timely information and high quality service to the agricultural and rural sectors.
