The main activities carried out by the Institute in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines during 2016 are identified, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening issues such as resilience against climate change, biosecurity, export, trade, good agricultural practices, health and food safety. Finally, support was given to improving plant tissue culture and the coffee and coconut value chains.

Se identifican las principales actividades realizadas por el Instituto en San Vicente y las Granadinas durante el 2016, con respecto a las necesidades e intereses del país, fortaleciendo en temas como resiliencia contra el cambio climático, bioseguridad, exportación, comercio, buenas prácticas agrícolas, sanidad e inocuidad alimentaria. Finalmente, se apoyó en el mejorar el cultivo de tejidos vegetales y en las cadenas de valor de café y el coco.
