The scan is done through a review of Program documents and reports. A brief overview of the Program is undertaken, including a description of the institutional and funding arrangements, approach to program planning and delivery, development of Program framework, and products generated by the Program. Other programs funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and that contribute to climate change adaptation are also noted. The processes and tools shown in the Program that are transferable to planned adaptation programs in LAC countries are highlighted.
