The main activities carried out by the Institute in Jamaica during 2015 are identified, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening issues such as animal nutrition, export, silvopastoral, good agricultural practices, agribusiness, financing, fodder and pest control, like coffee rust. Finally, support was given to the inclusion of young people in agricultural issues and in the improvement of the value chains of coffee, pumpkins, hot peppers, chenette, sweet potatoes and mangoes.

Se identifican las principales actividades realizadas por el Instituto en Jamaica durante el 2015, con respecto a las necesidades e intereses del país, fortaleciendo en temas como nutrición animal, exportación, silvopastoril, buenas prácticas agrícolas, agronegocios, financiamiento, forrajes y control de plagas, como la roya del café. Finalmente, se apoyo en la inclusión de jóvenes en temas agrícolas y en el mejoramiento de las cadenas de valor del café, calabazas, pimientos picantes, chenette, batata y mangos.
