The main purpose of the evaluation is to improve the performance of the Offices in the OECS countries based on the results of the evaluation of the country level. Table of contents: 1) introduction with the evaluation of IICA Office in the OECS and their activities; terms of reference; evaluation strategy and Programme; and the OECS sub-region; 2) IICA's strategy for the OECS countries with the operational and programming strategy; 3) IICA's technical assistance programme in the OECS; 4) analysis and results. Finally, conclusions, recommendations and annexes. (MIBA)
