The AgREADY study evaluates agricultural mitigation efforts in the nine countries covered in the CARICOM AgReady Project by analyzing their NDC submissions. The report identifies barriers and opportunities for reducing emissions in the agriculture sector in each country and provides a regional analysis. Stakeholder engagement was conducted to gather information on agricultural value-chain emissions. The study does not provide detailed recommendations for mitigating these emissions as they are reflected in sectors other than agriculture. The methodology involved evaluating each country's NDC and documenting their general national mitigation objectives and possible additional opportunities for emissions mitigation.
