On this occasion, IICA and the WKKELLOGG FOUNDATION came together to work together through the Rural Development Project Directorate (PROPLAN / A), in a project that aimed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of public institutions that generate goods and services for rural development, by improving its management mechanism.
