Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo recoger las experiencias y construir las lecciones aprendidas en la microcuenca del río Pampahuasi, para orientar futuras intervenciones en otros espacios territoriales. Se utilizaron diferentes metodologías entre ellas: Revisión de documentos y estudios realizados en el área de estudio, entrevistas semi-estructuradas, consultas con informantes clave, grupos focales, transectos, mapas parlantes sesiones de análisis y reflexión junta. Los resultados obtenidos indican que las actividades ejecutadas en la microcuenca están basadas en el enfoque territorial y manejo de cuencas, además del enfoque de desarrollo rural y de agroecosistemas. Se identificaron lecciones aprendidas y con base en los resultados obtenidos se proponen estrategias, acciones de réplica y escalamiento territorial en otros espacios dentro de la provincia de Grau y la región Apurímac.

The objective of this research was to obtain experiences and lessons learned within the Pampahuasi river watershed, so as to guide future interventions in other territorial spaces. Different methodologies were used including: documents and research review of the study area, semi-structured interviews, consultations with key informants, focus groups workshops, transects and figurative maps analysis. The results obtained indicated that activities in the watershed are based on the territorial and watershed management approach, as well as the rural development and agro ecosystems approach. Lessons learned were identified and based on the results, certain strategies, replicable actions and territorial scaling were proposed for other areas within the Grau province and the Apurimac region.
