Esta investigación analizó las limitaciones y la capacidad máxima de operación que tiene la empresa Renacer en su participación en la cadena de café, resultando la trazabilidad de los productores debido a su aumento y en el corto plazo será una limitante la capacidad de almacenamiento en bodega del beneficio Los Naranjos S.A. de C.V. El análisis de satisfacción de clientes internos de Renacer (productores atendidos por la institución) se realizó a través del uso de la herramienta NPS, se consultó sobre la evaluación general de todas las acciones en términos de formación desde la producción en el cultivo de café hasta la comercialización y en donde se obtuvo un resultado de 91, lo cual refleja una amplia aceptación al trabajo de Renacer. |

This study focuses on a scaling proposal for Renacer, a key actor in the coffee chain in Ahuachapán, El Salvador, whose implementation will strengthen the rest of the actors in the chain. The analysis of the satisfaction of Renacer's internal clients (producers served by the institution) was carried out through the use of the NPS tool, the general evaluation of all the actions in terms of training from production in the coffee crop to marketing and where a result of 91 was obtained, which reflects a wide acceptance of Renacer's work. |
