Este relatório apresenta os resultados dos projetos do FIDA no Brasil identificados na avaliação. Os resultados dos seis projetos são observados individualmente e, a partir deles, são indicadas considerações gerais. Para realizar a avaliação, um quadro metodológico baseado em na centralidade dos atores sociais diretamente envolvidos na gestão e execução dos projetos. As informações primárias foram coletadas por meio de entrevistas, com base em roteiros predefinidos e os dados secundários, coletados por meio de uma matriz temática. As entrevistas foram transcritas e analisadas por meio da análise do discurso. Esta estratégia metodológica apoia os resultados observados e descritos neste relatório. Portanto, a contribuição prestada passa pelas considerações de cada projeto em relação aos resultados alcançados e os ambientes locais que sustentam os aspectos alcançados a serem considerados como tal. |

Este informe presenta los resultados de los proyectos del FIDA en Brasil identificados en la evaluación. Los resultados de los seis proyectos se observan individualmente y, a partir de ellos, se señalan consideraciones generales. Para llevar a cabo la evaluación, se utilizó un marco metodológico basado en la centralidad de los actores sociales directamente implicados en la gestión y ejecución de los proyectos. Las informaciones primarias se recogieron mediante entrevistas, basadas en guiones predefinidos y datos secundarios, que se recogieron mediante una matriz temática. Las entrevistas se transcribieron y se analizaron mediante el análisis del discurso. Esta estrategia metodológica sustenta los resultados observados y descritos en este informe. Por lo tanto, la contribución proporcionada recorre las consideraciones de cada proyecto en relación con los resultados alcanzados y los entornos locales que sustentan los aspectos logrados para ser considerados como tales. |

This report presents the results of IFAD projects in Brazil identified in the assessment. The results of the six projects are observed individually and, based on these, general considerations are made. To carry out the assessment, a methodological structure based on the centrality of social actors directly involved in the management and implementation of projects was used. The collection of primary information was carried out through interviews, based on predefined scripts and secondary data, which were collected through a thematic matrix.The interviews were transcribed and analyzed using discourse analysis. This methodological strategy bases the results observed and described in this report. The contribution provided, therefore, permeates the considerations of each project in relation to the results achieved and the local settings that sustain that the aspects achieved are considered as such. |
