Uno de los desafíos para quienes cultivan hortalizas es cómo mantener el suelo fertilizado, ya que el estiércol es muy caro de comprar. En el semiárido brasileño, familias campesinas del municipio de Lagoa Seca, en Paraíba, se encontraron con una propuesta agroecológica agricultora de otro municipio del territorio, una forma de utilizar heces animales (no solo de bovinos, sino también caprinos y ovinos) junto con residuos de cosecha para solucionar el problema.<br/> |
