El objetivo principal del estudio es conocer las características de la producción y comercialización de los principales cultivos del Callejón de Huyas. Para la metodología se usan encuestas y entrevista para la recolección de datos para elaborar posteriormente los cuadros estadísticos. Entre las conclusiones se obtuvo que los producto producidos para el autoconsumo son: un 34% de papa, 42% maíz de grano, 56% maíz choclo, 54% trigo y 52% cebada. |
