Cuando el Gobierno de Venezuela ofreció recursos del IICA para su administración para llevar a cabo proyectos de desarrollo agrícola en América Latina, la Oficina del IICA en Honduras, según informó la Secretaría de Recursos Naturales, presentó resultados. un proyecto denominado "Diagnóstico Regional para el Desarrollo Agropecuario de Honduras"; el proyecto que le perdí la prioridad a Gobierno porque en junio de 1976 la Secretaría de Recursos Naturales solicitó la elaboración de anteproyectos que se pudieran preparar; el inicio del Desarrollo Rural Integral para el Valle de Magra y el Océano en la Costa Atlántica, y el segundo del “Apoyo a la Organización Institucional y Alimentaria del Instituto Nacional de Comercialización - Agrícola de Honduras”. |
