El presente estudio contribuye brindando información para conocer y entender los medios de vida de los productores rurales hondureños, tomando como muestra los hogares cacaoteros del municipio de Cortés. Para tal fin, se detallan las actividades productivas que los miembros del hogar realizan dentro y fuera de finca teniendo en cuenta el contexto de vulnerabilidad, la dotación de los activos, así como sus estrategias productivas, evaluando finalmente la rentabilidad financiera de sus actividades. |
