Summary, etc	Con el objetivo de desarrollar una metodología de producción in vitro de la bacteria causante de la enfermedad lechosa en larvas de escarabajos (Paenibacillus lentimorbus), se estudió las fases de desarrollo de la bacteria en larvas de P. elenans infectadas bajo condiciones de laboratorio; posteriormente, se determinaron las condiciones necesarias para la germinación de las esporas, reproducción y esporulación de las células vegetativas de la bacteria in vitro.
