Desde el proyecto insignia Competitividad y sustentabilidad de las cadenas agrícolas para la seguridad alimentaria y el desarrollo económico (PI-Cadenas), el Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA) trabaja para mejorar el desempeño competitivo y sustentable de las cadenas agrícolas mediante la gestión de políticas, el fortalecimiento institucional y de capacidades público-privadas, y el apoyo a procesos de innovación tecnológica, empresarial, institucional y comercial.
Bajo la consigna “Resultados, nuestro compromiso”, compartimos los avances alcanzados en la implementación del proyecto en 2017. Through the Flagship Project Competitiveness and Sustainability of Agricultural Chains for Food Security and Economic Development (FP-Chains), the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) is working to improve the competitive and sustainable performance of agricultural chains through the management of policies, the strengthening of institutions and of publicprivate capabilities, as well as the support for processes of technological, business, institutional and commercial innovation.
Under the slogan “Our commitment: results,” we are sharing the progress achieved in the implementation of the project in 2017.
