This report was submitted to the W.X. Kellogg Foundation on the Third Year of Operation of the Grant to Demonstrate the Significant Contribution that Rural Young People can make to Rural Development in Latin America. Este informe fue enviado a W.X. Fundación Kellogg en el tercer año de funcionamiento de la subvención para demostrar la importante contribución que los jóvenes rurales pueden hacer al desarrollo rural en América Latina.
In this document 2 special reports are brought together, the first in which it is related how rural extension workers implement the project in a community and the second in which the experience of a 4-H volunteer is related. In addition, this document explains the operations carried out during 1973-1974 in each country and project involved, the plans for those same years, and other related activities of IICA. En este documento se reúnen 2 informes especiales, el primero en el que se relata cómo los extensionistas rurales implementan el proyecto en una comunidad y el segundo en donde se relata la experiencia de un voluntario de 4-H. Además, en este documento se explican las operaciones realizadas durante 1973-1974 en cada país y proyecto involucrados, los planes para estos mismos años y otras actividades relacionadas del IICA.
